Contrary to murray's blog, I walked casually to the carriage and got on with my one pack while he flailed about with extra shopping bags of boots and coats that would easily have fitted into his pack, giving him the impression of madly rushing. Less fortunate travellers with wheelie bags (some the size of a small cottage) were struggling with jammed and twisted wheels and uselessly frail handles.
